Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in line with the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. Data we collect - Account data: name, email, phone number, city, profile photo. - Ad content: descriptions, photos, price and location. - Messages and images you send in chats. - Transfer receipts you upload and the hours and amounts attached to them. - Location: only if you allow it, to suggest your area and sort nearby ads. - Activity in the app: ads you saved or viewed (your viewing history), ratings you gave, reports you filed and addresses you saved. - Device data: a notification token so we can send alerts. We do not use advertising or analytics tools and we do not track you across other apps or websites. How we use it To run your account, ads and chats, send notifications, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. Sharing Your store details (name, photo, rating, ads, city) are visible to other users. Messages and receipts are visible only to the people involved and to our moderators when review is needed. We use technical service providers to run the app: Supabase (hosting and database), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (notifications) and Google Maps (maps). They process data only on our behalf. Signing in with Google or Apple If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your name and email address from them (Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real email). We do not get your password or any other data from those accounts. If you signed in with Apple and delete your account, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID. Reports and blocking If you report an ad or a user, we keep the report (reason, details, and the chat it concerns) so our moderators can review it. Your block list is private and is used only to hide content and stop messages between you and the people you block. Retention and deletion We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete my account. Your data is removed and your identity is detached from ratings you gave. Your rights You can view, edit and delete your data in the app, or contact us for any privacy request in the app (Profile > Help & support) or at support@myequipwork.com. Changes We may update this policy and will show the new version in the app.

نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. البيانات التي نجمعها - بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، المدينة، الصورة الشخصية. - محتوى الإعلانات: الوصف والصور والسعر والموقع. - الرسائل والصور المرسلة في المحادثات. - إيصالات التحويل التي ترفعها وبيانات الساعات والمبالغ المرتبطة بها. - الموقع الجغرافي: فقط عند منح الإذن، لاقتراح المنطقة وترتيب الإعلانات الأقرب. - نشاطك في التطبيق: الإعلانات التي حفظتها أو شاهدتها (سجل المشاهدة)، والتقييمات التي قدمتها، والبلاغات التي أرسلتها، والعناوين التي حفظتها. - بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات لإرسال التنبيهات. لا نستخدم أدوات إعلانية أو تحليلية، ولا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى. كيف نستخدمها لتشغيل الحساب والإعلانات والمحادثات، وإرسال الإشعارات، ومنع الإساءة والاحتيال، وتحسين الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. المشاركة تظهر بيانات متجرك (الاسم والصورة والتقييم والإعلانات والمدينة) للمستخدمين الآخرين. لا يطّلع على الرسائل والإيصالات إلا أطرافها وفريق الإدارة عند الحاجة للمراجعة. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية لتشغيل التطبيق: Supabase (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، وخدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمة إشعارات Apple (الإشعارات)، وخرائط Google (الخرائط). ويعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط. تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple فإننا نتلقى منهما الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني فقط (وقد ترسل Apple عنوان بريد وسيطاً بدلاً من بريدك الحقيقي). لا نحصل على كلمة المرور ولا أي بيانات أخرى من تلك الحسابات. وإذا سجلت الدخول عبر Apple ثم حذفت حسابك، نلغي أيضاً صلاحية التطبيق على حساب Apple الخاص بك. البلاغات والحظر عند الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو مستخدم نحتفظ بالبلاغ (السبب والتفاصيل والمحادثة المعنية) ليراجعه فريق الإدارة. قائمة الحظر خاصة بك، وتُستخدم فقط لإخفاء المحتوى ومنع الرسائل بينك وبين من حظرتهم. الحفظ والحذف نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك فعالاً. يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق عبر «حسابي» ثم «الإعدادات» ثم «حذف حسابي»، فتُحذف بياناتك وتُحجب هويتك عن التقييمات التي قدمتها. حقوقك يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها وحذفها من التطبيق، أو التواصل معنا لأي طلب يتعلق بخصوصيتك من التطبيق («حسابي» ثم «المساعدة والدعم») أو عبر البريد support@myequipwork.com. التعديلات قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض النسخة المحدّثة داخل التطبيق.
